The President also oversees all Student Association Activities and is responsible for all clubs. The Vice President for Finance oversees the all the funds of the Student Association. The primary role of the VP for Finance is to write checks, monitor and maintain funds, and chair the Budget and Grant Committee. The Vice President for Academic Activities oversees all Academic Clubs on campus. The VP for Academic Activities monitors all funds for all Academic Clubs. The Vice President for Special Interest Groups oversees all Special Interest Clubs on campus. The VP for Special Interest Clubs monitors all funds for all Special Interest Clubs. The Vice President for Communications oversees the clubs that provide publications. The largest group that the VP for Communications oversees is The Chronicle (The Saint Rose Newspaper) The Vice President for Social Activities oversees the clubs that promote social activities. The largest club that the club oversees is the Student Events Board. The VP for Social Activities also plans the two major events put on by the Student Association, Harvest Fest and Rose Rock. |
